1.30 Friday Favorite – Fitness

Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you? What are you doing this weekend? We have our usual basketball game, celebrating my brother’s birthday, and I’m looking forward to simple pizza and movie night. I hope you have a nice and relaxing weekend.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Favorite Party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so please say something you love in the comments section below.

Fashion, beauty and randomness:

I don’t think I’ve written it down properly, but I’m obsessed with the OneSkin lip mask. It’s better than other lip masks I’ve tried and contains cleaner ingredients, plus the OS-01 anti-aging peptide. It’s very plumping and hydrating (no dry lips this winter) and I love it. Use FITNESSISTA15 here.

Date night at Fleming’s! The pilot frequently goes to a volunteer organization he belongs to, and I always feel neglected. We planned a little night out and it was amazing. Fleming’s is a chain, but it is one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. It’s consistently amazing every time. We’ve really cut back on eating out at restaurants over the past year, but it’s one of those places that I feel is worth it.

Read, watch, listen:

Tony Robbins’ live event is everything so far. If you need a change in mindset and a big boost, you can check it out on his YouTube channel.

Fitness, health and good eating:

Special delivery from my friends at Lovebird, my favorite cereal. I like cereal but I don’t like the ingredients in most of them. It’s one of the few brands I will buy on a regular basis and the kids love it too. Our little niece is coming over to sleep over soon, and I’m excited to pack some to share with her – I know she’ll love it too.

Peptides Q&A:

If you’re hearing more and more about peptides and feeling curious (but also wary) you’re not alone. That’s exactly why my friend Tina and I are hosting a Q&A about Peptides: a calm and educational conversation between two practitioners who have seen personally and practically meaningful results when peptides are used appropriately and responsibly.

This is not medical advice and is not a protocol call; It’s an open discussion about what peptides are, for whom they might be useful (and who should wait), why foundations always come first, and how to handle peptides ethically with proper medical oversight. Our goal is to answer common questions, clear up misinformation, and help you feel informed while making the best decisions for your unique body.

Thank you so much for visiting the blog today! Have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!

xoxo
