10 questions are asked frequently when the weight loss challenge starts for 28 days

Regardless when you join the 28 -day weight loss challenge, (it should not be at the beginning of the month!) You can access the healthy mummy application and jump directly to the challenge.

Every month, there is a different challenge topic that provides you with a full customizable meal plan to follow up. The topic can be like five components or below, or promoting metabolism or removing toxins from sugar and the subject of the month challenge is reflected in the recipes.

To find the current challenge, click the Food section at the bottom of the Mummy Healthy Mummy app, this will take you directly to my “meal plan”. Here you will see the current month and the subject of the challenge. By looking at the week, instead of the day plan, you will see the week we are.

Weekly meal plans for each challenge are downloaded every Wednesday. All meal plans can be customized to suit your family’s preferences.

You can click on the “Swap” button on any recipe in the meal plan, and from here you can search for other recipes you want to switch the meal.

We also have different types of meal plan that you can choose from. When preparing your profile, the type of meal plan will be set for you, however, you can adjust this and change it at any time.

In the food section, you will also find access to more than 6000 recipes, with liquidation functions for search, as well as the weekly shopping menu for your custom meal plans.
