  • 1/3 cup Red wine (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian spice mix
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt (optional)
  • 12 ounces Spaghetti noodles, not cooked (or other pasta, as desired)

  1. Place a Dutch oven or a large amount over medium heat and add lentils and water to the bowl. Bring on low heat, cook for 10 minutes, and detect.
