Do you skip breakfast? – Whitney.

In this episode of Werd, answer the common nutrition question: Do you exceed breakfast? The answer is not so simple as you think!

Many people – including me – believe that breakfast is the most important meal per day.

This is because of:

1. It is delicious (did you have vegetable oatmeal?)

2. Provides fuel for your body and mind to run everything you do in the morning from working to work.

But does breakfast in itself provide health benefits? Let’s dig.

Extract breakfast and weight loss

If we are talking about weight loss. The search is mixed with some studies that show that it is better to eat breakfast, some of which show that breakfast eaters weigh more on average.

One of the newly informed analysis found that people who skipped breakfast weigh about a lower pounds and consumes about 250 calories less daily than those who had breakfast.

However, the researchers warned that studies were of low quality and vulnerable to bias.

Likewise, intermittent fasting studies – where many people exceed breakfast – also show weight loss.

However, research shows that this is likely that people have less time to eat or decrease appetite and not for any unique benefits in energy spending.

When participants do not reduce calories during the fasting window, they do not lose weight.

Exaggeration of breakfast and health

If we are talking about public health, the issue is also somewhat complicated.

Research shows that intermittent fasting may be better for health than eating for longer periods of time.

Therefore, if you exceeded breakfast, and eat all your food inside a window for 8 hours for a window for 13 hours, it may improve metabolism health or reduce the risk of chronic diseases-such as breast cancer.

One study found that women with breast cancer who consume all daily calories in less than 13 hours suffer from the risk of repeating cancer compared to those who consumed food in a longer time window.

However, research also shows that eating all calories early today for a late night may be more useful.

Skip breakfast and intermittent fasting

One study found that men who suffer from diabetes have felt insulin sensitivity, low blood pressure, and reducing oxidative stress when they consumed all calories early in the day during intermittent fasting compared to those who ate for a longer period later in the day.

While another study in adults with ordinary weight showed the weakness of glucose and increased hunger hormone levels when the participants consumed all daily calories in one meal in the evening versus three meals throughout the day.

So it appears that in order to reap the maximum health benefits, skipping will be more useful than exceeding breakfast.

The bottom line is to overcome breakfast

So, as you can see, the answer to “skip the bad breakfast” is really individual.

If the breakfast skipping means that you will go to another food and eat late in the evening, it is likely that the breakfast will not exceed.

And if you need to eat the first thing in the morning to get energy to work later, you should have breakfast.

However, if you exceeded breakfast and are still able to eat natural and balanced meals, short the food window, and stop eating in a reasonable hour, it may be useful.

Personally, I go to what I feel on any specific day.

If you are hungry in the first thing in the morning and I am not planning to work immediately, I eat.

If I am not hungry or get an exercise early in the morning, I am eating later.
