I do this classic seafood recipe in a large bowl, and every time I do it, it looks like a summer celebration (without pressure). Drill juice, soft potatoes, sweet corn, and smoke sausage are all tossed into an old stock of the Gulf. It is fun, slightly messy, ideal for informal summer dinner with family or friends. Put everything on a university degree and let everyone dig – the paint is not required! You can even twice or three times the recipe as needed.
