I missed it, and it felt good to get back to it! I’ve been trying to listen to books while doing housework and this has helped me this month. also.

Here’s a summary of recent reads and whether I’d recommend adding them to your list!

Personal psychology

I was very excited to read Dr. Cabral’s newest book, and it exceeded my high expectations. Personal psychology Written by Dr. Steven Cabral It involves a personalized approach that addresses the root causes of health Recognize that no two bodies are the same. Rather than general protocols, Cabral emphasizes understanding individual biochemistry, genetics, lifestyle, stress levels, and environmental exposures. The book guides readers on how to use functional laboratory tests, targeted nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle changes together to restore balance and prevent chronic disease. It is a powerful book for anyone looking for a more individualized, systems-based path to healing. 10/10

From Amazon:

The future of health is personal. Don’t guess – test. Personal Psychology is your guide to unlocking energy for life, health, longevity, and the end of all disease.

Why do some people eat foods that make others bloated, tired, or inflamed? Why can two people follow the same workout, diet, or supplement plan and get completely different results?

Because there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. The truth is that your body operates according to its own unique code. When you learn how to read it, you hold the key to reversing fatigue, balancing hormones, improving sleep, clearing brain fog, and extending your health and lifespan.

In Personal Psychology, Dr. Steven Cabral, a board-certified naturopathic physician, reveals the hidden signals your body sends every day, clues that conventional medicine often ignores. You’ll learn how simple assessments, home labs, and natural protocols can help you identify foods, nutrient deficiencies, and toxins that cause inflammation, rebalance your hormones and metabolism, and design a personalized plan to regain your energy, burn more body fat, and improve your health.

“Hidden within your body is a code more powerful than any medical diagnosis. The science of personality reveals how to unlock it—and transform the entire course of your health and longevity.”

Good souls

This hotel was comfortable and relaxing while on vacation. Good souls By BK Borison It sounds like a romantic Christmas movie that you’d want to curl up with on the couch, preferably with a blanket and something warm to drink. It’s a funny but still heartfelt film, with likable characters and that familiar reminder that healing, love, and new beginnings often appear when you least expect them. This is perfect if you want something feel-good and escapist, and it’s a quick read so you can still enjoy it before the 12 days of Christmas are up! 7/10 just because it’s pure fluff.
