What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far?
I learned to be open and open to change. I was doing what no longer works for me anymore. I had to be open to a new process and ways of eating, and this open has led to success. This year I also called on my health trip. I wanted to implement the principles of the Bible. I bought books that focused on God and lose weight and joined the greatest transformation in Dr. Joes, a 40 -day transformation period, where he knows the principles of the Bible and confirms that our issues with weight have spiritual elements that we need to work in.
