Fermenting strawberry Economy health at home

How to ferment fresh strawberries in an educated garden with lightly as a way to naturally preserve and to enhance probiotics and enzymes significantly. It makes a delicious top for ice cream, pancakes, toast, and pancakes. Also delicious to move oats, milk or kefir.

We are approaching the end of the strawberry season here in the center of Florida.

I was intending to experience strawberries for years as a way to maintain it.

This season, I finally accomplished this goal!

I was particularly excited this year to find out that my local vegetable farm has some amazing strawberries offered that has grown in the rich soil.

Most strawberries … even organic … are water these days, with a little taste.

There is no doubt that you have noticed that the water berries are very fast for rot in the production basket!

With such low -quality berries (no taste + fast rot = low nutrition), fermentation will not be accomplished, in my opinion.

Years ago, I had a source of organic strawberry, U-app, inside the soil that was amazing, but this farm went out of work after a particularly rainy season as I remember. If you live in Tamba Bay, you may remember it … Jordan’s farms in Plante City.

So, some time has passed since I had a good source of quality strawberries that he visited in the soil with peak and nutrition … berries worth fermentation!

This recipe worked so well that I got several other strawberries in my local farms in the soil yesterday to make more !!

As you can see from the image above, I used nearly half a batch before I could get a picture. 😋

Culturing is a good alternative to freezing strawberry, which unfortunately turns it into mush when they are melted.

I plan to use these fermented strawberries in a new healthy dessert recipe and I am excited to share them in the coming weeks!
