What is Mizona?

Mizuna (also called Japanese mustard) is a lush green classified as Brassica Juncea, which is green in the Brassica family or mustard. They are rich in vitamins A, C, K, Folate and Iron. Mizuna Greens is home to Japan, but it can be cultivated in many locations. You may not be used to Mizuna, but you may have gave birth to Mizuna Baby in a bag of mixed power vegetables and did not realize it at that time. Mizuna letuce is one of the easiest tools that grow in your garden, creating a virtual umbrella of vegetables that grow without much water and pumping. I have been planting this abundant green color for years in my garden now, and I love it completely.
