The Propel Co: Labs Fitness Festival returned to Los Angeles at the end of last week for the second year in a row and let me tell you – was bigger and better than ever!

From training with the best fitness coaches to the coast to live shows from the main headlines such as Ludacris and Icona Pop, the weekend was full of movement without stopping.

Since I am now pregnant in 38 weeks, I have slowly took matters this year, and I chose the massage, meditation and audio shower in the “Afia area” on the first day.

On the second day, I was vibrant from all my restorative sessions and I ended up participating in my friend of my love Sweat ‘Fitness’ Dynamic Dynamic session, and the amazing yoga flow led by my girlfriend, and Nicole Sciacca from the operating list that revolves around Yona, a dance dealer that cannot be present with Nicole Winhoffer and Ludacris.

I was a fan of the main Ludacris in high school and the college, so it was surrealism to dance and sweat with it a few meters away from it.

After the exercise, my husband and I had the opportunity to meet him and praised my enthusiasm, although the dance movements were somewhat cramping.

It was an incredibly enjoyable weekend with my friends in Propel!

Before the actual festival every year, Propel also hosts a “industrial day” for professionals in the field of health and fitness with sessions directed to help them build their business and work better with customers.

At this event, I had the opportunity to host a discussion with a celebrity coach and sports nutritionist Harley Pasterak (as you know, the man who trains Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Katie Perry, etc.). We have attracted the parties to the talk about my favorite topic-the directions of false nutrition-and we did the legend that many of them bound to the public. Once many legends are alienated about nutrition, we moved to good health habits that already depend on research.

Harley shared three simple tips that you implement immediately with his customers – along with the exercise – to upgrade wellness routine, and wanted to share it with you!

1. Eat breakfast.

Research shows that people who eat breakfast have lower rates of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity. I am a major defender for breaking your fast every day with a well -balanced meal, such as your turmeric scraping or super -oatmeal.

2. 10,000-12,000 steps per day.

It seems easy to get your daily steps, but many of us spend the majority of our day. Hey, I am also guilty. Harley recommends using Fitbit or other Tracker (FYI’s steps, a health app on iPhone automatically) to make sure that you are moving continuously throughout the day.

3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

Once again, it is clear that the comfort of a good night is important to our health, but how many of us are already getting in Zzzz? Studies indicate that poor sleep is associated with bad health and may contribute to weight gain and the risk of disease.

Ensure that you are doing everything you can to support a healthy sleeping system by keeping your bedroom free of natural and artificial light, preventing sound, and placing air between 65-68 degrees.
