Step -step guide to allocate a meal plan

Each of our meals plans are designed taking into account the ease of use, but we understand that all tastes are not similar, which is why we make them completely customized. If you want to customize the meal plan for this month, use step -by -step instructions below.

Step 1. Go to the food section

Open the healthy mummy application and go to the food department in the middle of the lower tape.

Step 2. In the upper left corner is the subject of challenge

In the upper left corner, you will see the subject of the challenge, for example, 5 main components, the current month, and the type of meal plan (such as the budget/ time providing 1500 Cs).

Step 3. Click the current month

By clicking on the arrow that faces down this month, you can look at the current and previous challenge topics.

Note: Sometimes, we have a gap week

The gap week will also be shown here. This will affect when you can view the challenge next month.

When there is no gap week, you can view the first week of the challenge next month in the fourth week of any challenge. If there is a gap week, you will be able to offer the first week of the next challenge during the gap week.

Step 4. You will see the type of meal plan

Once you click on the new month, click the leaked arrow on the type of meal plan (in this case beginners) and you will see the meal plan options for this month and change or update accordingly.

Remember, When there is a new type of a new meal plan for a new month, you will be able to see this from Wednesday from the fourth week of the current challenge by change to the new topic, or if there is a gap week, it will be visible during the gap week.

Step 5. If you change your meal plan, meals will be updated

If your meal plan changes for the new month, the new meal plan will be added automatically.

Each month, the types of standard meal plan (diversity, lunch only, dinner only, snack only, budget/time, higher calories, plant and plant) will be suitable for the theme of the monthly challenge.
