Lemon cake, bowintra and ricotta – green kitchen stories

I know you are here for the cake. But there are few things that we wanted to share first. You see that a lot is happening in our lives at the present time. We mentioned this on Instagram but not here. So here he goes. We move to Denmark! Louise took a dream for life and started her studies to be midwife. The Kabbat School is located in Copenhagen, so we all move to a small house outside the city. The question we should live in and the country that we always call the country is the subject of our family-as I think it is in most of the double importance. We are talking about a mixture of Sweden and Danish with children, and after spending 12 years in Sweden, we are now ready for Denmark and move after the summer. We have been neglected, but of course, they are afraid and humble to the entire situation and all the changes for us and for children. They are happy to move to a house (with trampoline!) And that they are closer to their grandmother, but they also face difficulty in absorbing the changes and the new school. If you have any experience in moving to a new country with children, we will like to hear any tips you may have.

We will continue to work with green kitchen stories, but Louise will of course focus a lot on her studies.
We have a lot of cheerful gks. We are working on a new set of tattoos, I continue to work for Green Kitchen Studios – our production company. We are also working on a new book planned next spring! We do not reveal the name yet, but we are very excited about it.

Moving to the real topic today. The cake! It is a real treatment. The recipe depends on a porridge cake in our book in the book of green kitchen, but we have a little modified to make it more wet and turned it into a cake inverted with beautiful lemon slices and lemon honey drink. It is an ideal mixture of Italian cheese and a soft crumb cake with flavor and texture of seeds of corn flour and poppy seeds. In a magical way it is very wet but not heavy. It is also naturally free of gluten and is only sweetened with honey for wonderful pink colors. We use Ricotta cheese, making the cake taste better after a day in the refrigerator.

It has been a long time since we recorded a video on YouTube but to celebrate this cake and our mobile plans, we have finally made a new small movie for you. We hope to make the process easier to understand.
