Looking back on this year and sharing some of the things I will be working on in 2026.
Hello friends! How are you? I hope you’re having a great week so far. The kids are back in school, Liv’s 14th birthday is this week (how?!), and I’m just starting to get my life together. I was feeling very productive until we got to winter break, and I was very slowly getting back into the swing of things.
I’m looking forward to finding a routine again, to some fun things to come, and I’m cautiously optimistic about the new year.
Some personal highlights from 2025:
-We went to Disneyland to celebrate Liv’s birthday

– Steak with friends

– The pilot is retired from the Air Force

-We celebrated White’s bar mitzvah

– I sang Carmina Burana With the symphony choir

– My brother Billy got married!!

-In the most wild and successful travel plan ever, the girls and I took a Disney cruise in Europe and spent over 5 weeks in Spain

-And the newest addition to our family: Lola the min Goldendoodle. We are all absolutely in love with this beautiful girl and Macy would really love to have a sister. She’s definitely a puppy, but she has a lot of energy and doesn’t constantly pester Macy. I can tell they will be best friends.

Looking at 2025 and my goals for 2026
Professional summary:
From an integrative health practitioner’s perspective, this has been a year full of learning, expansion, and client success. It’s been so amazing to see their wins, and I’ve reviewed over 100 lab tests in the past year!
I was a 100 Day Challenge winner thanks to your amazing support (#7 out of over 5,000 practitioners!) and was invited to speak on a Health Coach Success panel with some other IHPs who I respect and admire so much.

I feel blessed every day because I align with EquiLife’s amazing mission and the inspiring people behind it. I can’t wait to see what IHP and EquiLife have in store for next year!!

I hired a podcast manager and we saw 700% growth last summer, which was huge! He helped me with show notes, editing, and creating reels and full YouTube video episodes. I’ve taken a short break for the holidays and I’m excited to get back to it with some amazing guests booked for this month.
I’m also grateful to affiliate partners, including Nutrisense, EquiLife, IHP, Sakara, HigherDOSE, Danger Coffee, Organifi, OneSkin, ButcherBox, Canopy, Somavedic, Air Doctor, Vivarays, Vivrelle, Hydro, We Feed Raw, Sculpt Society, Oliveda and to everyone who shops through the special links B. She directly supports our family (and helps keep this little blog running), and I appreciate it so much. I also started working with EllieMD this year because I love their products!

I’ve launched Healing Code, my new signature program, and I’ve also launched Revenue Rx as guidance for fellow integrative health practitioners and health coaches looking to scale their businesses. I also hosted my first workshop and I’m excited to do more in 2026; Stay tuned for details in the upcoming!! Our next group program, DetoxU, will officially launch next week, so more info on the way to that. Lots of fun things on the horizon 😉
This year my efforts will be focused on coaching clients and program participants, Revenue Rx clients as I help them create profitable, freedom-based businesses, and of course content creation on the podcast, Instagram, and blog/Substack.
In all transparency, the blog has seen some highs and some… lows. When I started the year, ad revenue was crushing it. I saw some numbers I haven’t seen since the heyday of blogging. While we were in Spain, my advertising revenue was the best it had been in years. (Which confirms my belief that we really need to move to Spain.) Hey, it all fell apart this fall, it hasn’t recovered yet, and I doubt it ever will.
Thanks to Google’s constant updates and AI research, there’s really no need for people to click on blog posts to get information. The research was a great reference for me, and now it’s very poor. Ad revenue is now about a quarter of what it normally is this time of year… and keeping the blog alive with all the costs associated with it is expensive.
The good news is that I have multiple revenue streams – which is why you can’t put all your revenue eggs in one basket – but the devastating news is that I think a lot of bloggers will jump ship this year. I started a Substack project which reminds me of the old blogging days; There are no ads and no typing for The Man (aka Google Search) and it’s casual and fun. I’ll keep posting here of course, but if you’d like to follow along there, I’d love to see you!!
Personal and health goals:
My health goal is to continue working on habits that make me feel my best, like quarterly detoxes, smart supplements, restorative practices, connecting to nutrition, walking, workouts (I like a mix of strength training, barre, spinning, Pilates, and hot yoga), and stress management. My goal is to reduce toxins where I can, replenish deficiencies, and continue to use functional lab testing as an amazing tool. I feel proud of myself for taking charge of my health and getting to the root cause of what I was experiencing, and also for being able to share everything I learned along the way.

I feel like I can pick things up with workouts again, and I might even set some fitness goals for the new year 😉 I’m planning our summer trip (Tokyo and Seoul! Please don’t forget if you have any recordings!) and I want to get back to some of the things I left behind when I was trying to juggle teaching at home + work (like reading instead of scrolling, meditating, finishing my High Performance Health and IHP Level 3 certifications, and more time with friends).
Continue to be the best mother, wife, and friend I can be. I want the people in my life to know how much I love them, and to lead them with a grateful, patient, and loving heart every day. Some days are harder than others, but checking in with gratitude in the morning really impacts how I feel for the rest of the day.
I’d love to hear about your year and goals! What are you proudest of in the past year, what are you working on now? Do you have any health goals? Travel plans? I want to hear everything!
Wishing you a happy, healthy, joyful and abundant 2026.
