What is the exercise routine?
Although I do not work often, I enjoy activities such as walking and cycling. For me, I get the maximum benefit from exercising when I really do something that I really enjoy, to the point that it doesn’t seem to be an exercise. Whether it’s a long walk in my neighborhood or hit the bike trail with my husband, I find that staying is much easier when I enjoy. This approach helps me to stay steadily and makes physical activity a natural and enjoyable part of my routine.
