Mexican corn recipe in the street (grilled)

Crushed with lemon cheese, crown, cottage cheese, and these grilled Mexican street atom recipe are all delicious as the traditional version. Enjoy it while fresh sweet corn in the season!

My family loves fresh sweet corn in the summer, whether it is in the grilled corn salad with Vita, or this recipe from the Mexican corn. If you have tried the Mexican -inspired corn salad with Cotija, this recipe resembles the street atom in its original shape, a type that you can purchase throughout the Mexican and Mexican neighborhoods in the United States. The only difference is that my version of the summer side dish is a little more healthy!

The summer corn is very good, you can submit it without spices at all and there will be no complaints. But why do you settle when you can make it better with some simple additions? This is why I love this recipe and why you will do it too.
