Mojitos Sugar -free strawberry (with and without alcohol) –

These easy strawberries are made without any additional sugar and can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. It is a tasty, fun and warm grace!

Today, as part of the “Tips’s Tips on Nutrition Trends” series with strawberries in California, a restricted collapse of evidence to reduce sugar and teach you how to make one of the sugar -free drinks, My Strawry Mojitos.

Sugar cut is a major direction. For the largest part, for a good reason.

Added sugar added in the diet is associated with many chronic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

Added sugar includes things like cane sugar, brown rice drink, emptiness, and even the so -called “natural sweeteners” such as honey and maple drink. Not sugar in the fruit!

But do you really need to go to the cold Turkish and divide the additive sugar in order to be in good health?

never! Research shows that in the context of a balanced diet-filled with whole fruits and vegetables that enhance health-a little added sugar will not harm you.

However, when you can reduce it, why not?

Some joint perpetrators of the extra load of sugar include bottled goods, sauces, salad dressings, baked goods, and flavored drinks.

Now I will not tell you to give up sugar in the recipe for the preferred cookies of chocolate chips – which will only be harsh – but some foods and drinks can definitely benefit from a decrease in sugar.

My favorite thing to replace the added sugars is the fruit.

While some people are concerned about sugar in fruits as well, it is not the same food. The whole fruit comes loaded with useful ingredients such as microscopic nutrients, fibers and vegetable chemicals – all the things that fight the conditions we try to avoid.

Strawberry, for example, contains three grams of abdominal fibers for each meal and a huge dose of flavonoids, vegetable chemicals with the ability to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Mashed strawberry can easily add nutritious sweetness to yogurt or oats.

Bids? Get rid of additive sugar and mashed fruits with olive oil and vinegar to wear fast, cheap clothes full of nutrients.

As for drinks, mashed fruits can replace the sugar of additive or high fructose corn syrup.

For example, I would like to use mashed strawberries in the strawberry recipe instead of a simple drink. You can make this with alcohol or keep it virgin for a refreshing sip.
