Today’s transformation: Natasha lost 19 pounds. She was determined to lower A1C without any medication, so she is committed to getting healthy and working with an accounting and guidance trainer.
What is your motivation?
I knew that I needed to make a change to inspect the fat in the abdomen. I also wanted to be healthier and lower my A1C without taking the medicine, which I was able to achieve while working with my coaches, Monic!
What inspired you to continue, even when you want to surrender?
What inspired me to continue to continue is the accountability of Monic to continue to appear, which greatly helped me. I was also excited to continue because I knew that I needed to lose weight and lower A1C before the next doctor’s date to stay outside the medicine.
How did you change your eating habits?
The bad habit of eating sweets and passion has always broken. I merged more protein in every meal and ate food with more nutrients, which helped keep the desire at the bottom.
What is the exercise routine?
I have been training in strength by doing home exercises mainly. I have turned between body weight and dumbbell exercises at home and sometimes I have gym exercises.

I work four times a week.

What is your current weight? I weigh starting at the beginning My body sculpting The program was 242 pounds. My weight was at the end of the program 223 pounds.

When did your journey start? How long does your transformation take?
I started working with Monique in November 2023, and we worked together until March 2024, so it took it total Four months.

No, I did not perform weight loss surgery: Just hard work, discipline and dedication!
What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far?

What advice you have for women who want to lose weight?
If I can do this, can you! This transformation is possible for you, as long as you do not give in to yourself! You deserve it! Be patient and stay in the course, and you will see progress and get results!
