Hey, I hope everything is fine. We are outside the rural house in the Stockholm archipelago to enjoy the Easter holiday, but I wanted to spread this recipe before the fruits of citrus are outside the season. – When Covid Denmark hit, Noma Restaurant had a temporary closure but one silver lining is that the Noma crew instead opened the Burger Popl Restaurant in the open air, and made its vegetable burger from the fermented quinoa and it appears to be amazing. We cannot wait for the visit!
