One of the most popular recipes on my location, this is a slightly cross. What is new:
- Brown sugar instead of white to add caramel flavor p
- Small bread powder to give them a little elevator
- Small chocolate chips for clear reasons!

Ingredients you need
- Peanut butter: Either normal and natural work
- Oats: Good work with this recipe, but the old model is fine if this is what you have
- Brown sugar: This gives the flavor of the gentle caramel
- Chocolate chips: I recommend small chips here
- egg: You can also make it with linen eggs (see instructions in recipe card notes)
- baking powder: It gives them a little lifting
- White sugar: This will use the dough balls to wrap before bread

How to make these cookies
You just need one bowl to make these cookies. You only need to mix until everything is combined and you have a consistency that you can wrap.
Some natural peanut butter is thinner and more amazing, so if the mixture seems wet, add a spoon each time until you get a tissue you can configure in the balls and wrap.
I like to use my Oxo Cookie script, so all cookies are the same size and bake evenly. Roll the balls in the granulated sugar and make a crossed tablet on top using a fork.

Questions you may have
Are these gluten -free cookies?
Yes, the components of these cookies are naturally free of gluten.
One of the fishing: Although oatmeal is naturally free of gluten, some oats are treated in the same facility as gluten -containing ingredients. The purchase of oats, which specifically says “gluten -free” can ensure that there is no cross pollution.
Are these vegetable cookies?
It can be if you use linen and dairy -free chocolate. To make a linen egg: combine a tablespoon of linen with the mass with itself with three tablespoons of water, stir, and let it sit for at least five minutes. Use the mixture instead of eggs in this recipe.

Can I make these peanuts free of peanuts?
I have made this with sunflower seed butter, and it works wonderfully. In fact, I have a separate recipe here for Sunbutter.
What kind of peanut butter works better?
I have made this with regular and natural peanut butter. Both work well. If you use natural peanut butter with no additional salt, mix in a pinch of salt to the dough.
