If you never try a warm bintz, then you are in such a treatment. Blintzes (which is sometimes called Blintz or Blintzes) is a sensitive meteoring with a mixture of sweet cheese, lined like small beams, and gently fried until golden. I played with my Blitnz recipe with Cottage Part-SKIM cheese to get additional protein and some whipped cream cheese to fill delicious, not very heavy creamy. They went out perfectly, great for breakfast and lunch, or even candy – just dust with crushed sugar and add fresh berries or easy warm berries. This easy recipe wanders every step so that you can re -create classic cheese in your kitchen, just more healthier than most!

Why does this recipe work?

Gina @ skinnytaste.com

It is easy to make this homemade cheese at home, lighter and healthier than most of the recipes. When I was telling them, I shared it on social media, and all asked for the recipe! This is why you should try them:

  • Top protein filling: The use of Cottage Part-SKIM cheese instead of farmers or ricotta cheese adds more protein and maintains the light of the filling but cream.
  • Friendly manufacturer: You can prepare it and wrap it in advance, then resemble it and bake when you are ready to serve.
  • Less calories: Homemade Cidebati is lighter, sugar -free and higher in the protein than traditional crepe. I also exceed the butter that adds a lot of calories, but you will not miss it.
  • Food restrictions: Siddiq Watchers, vegetable, high protein

  • sugar: The monk fruit is my own sweetener when I want to reduce sugar and carbohydrates And calories. However, you can use granular sugar if you prefer it.
  • Kushir salt It improves flavor and texture.
  • Vanilla extract It enhances the flavor and adds hidden sweetness.

Here is what you will need to fill Plating:

  • cheese: Migrate partial cheese to remove any liquid. Good culture is my favorite because it is thicker than most other brands and has the best flavor. It also sells a lactose -free version.
  • Whipped cream cheese Light than regular cream cheese and make the cream, light and delicious. Let it reach room temperature, so it is easier to mix.
  • egg It helps in connecting the filling so that it does not leak from Blintzes.
  • Fruit Be full without adding sugar, carbohydrates, or calories.
  • Lemon For bright citrus flavor
  • salt: Just a disk balances sweetness.
  • Layer: Cover the sugar with powdered sugar and top with homemade berries, if desired. I have included easy berry sauce recipe at the bottom, which I would like to serve with.
